Job Summary
Account Executive/HCM Sales Consultant to drive new business for HCM solutions including ATS, Learning Management, Payroll, HRIS, Time & Attendance, HR Services, Integrations, Expense Management, and Performance Management. Responsible for achieving quotas, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and networking, developing referral sources, and delivering consultative solutions to help employers manage their workforce. Role entails onboarding support with payroll/implementation teams and collaborating with the sales group to foster a high-performing, client-focused environment. Remote/work-from-home options available; location: Sacramento, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in payroll, HCM, HR technology, PEO, benefits, SaaS, or a related industry; or a proven record as a top-performing B2B sales professional.
- Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
