Job Summary
Directs group ticket sales and revenue-generation efforts for an intercollegiate athletics program, exceeding revenue goals through strategic group ticket sales, prospecting, relationship-building with groups and community partners, and executing customized group experiences and hospitality packages. Develops and coordinates game-day experiences to enhance customer retention, collaborates on campaigns and promotions, and utilizes CRM/ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Paciolan, Ticketmaster) to track performance, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-up. Must be proactive in generating leads, sustaining client relationships, and representing Sun Devil Athletics at events while maintaining high standards of customer service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- BACHELOR'S degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
