Job Summary

This role is a pure hunter position responsible for net-new logo acquisition within a defined Enterprise territory (5,000+ employee organizations) and selling the full CoreWeave platform as a unified solution: GPU cloud infrastructure and AI developer tooling. You will build pipeline from zero via cold outbound, PLG signals, and account-based strategies, engage developers, ML engineers, infrastructure leads, and executives early, conduct structured technical discovery across compute and software buying centers, lead business justification readouts and executive presentations, co-design PoVs with Solution Architects, convert PLG free-tier usage into enterprise contracts, and manage end-to-end sales cycles including MSA negotiation, procurement, security review, and legal. You will maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy while operating in a fast-growing environment with a focus on enterprise-scale outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years total in B2B sales with a consistent track record of quota attainment
  • 3+ years in enterprise sales (5,000+ employee organizations)
  • 3+ years selling developer tools, technical infrastructure, or AI/ML software
  • Experience selling infrastructure/cloud and SaaS products
  • Ranked #1 or #2 on your team in self-sourced pipeline generation; able to book 4–5 qualified meetings per week
  • Demonstrated record of cold-sourcing and closing enterprise logos with business justification readouts to VP/C-suite buyers
  • PLG motion expertise — convert bottoms-up product adoption into top-down enterprise contracts
  • Technical discovery skills — surface infrastructure pain, map ML workflows, and identify multi-product opportunities
  • PoV fluency — co-design and run technical proofs of value with Solution Architects
  • Effective with or without SDR support — able to build pipeline from scratch
