Job Summary
Account Executive at grape leading direct outbound enterprise sales to Swiss accounts. Own end-to-end sales cycles, including closing large deals with CFOs and HR leads, navigating multi-stakeholder decisions, and coordinating with broker consultants. Build and test outbound channels, write and iterate sales processes and qualification frameworks, and launch partnerships to extend reach. Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns, run webinars and events, and develop case studies. Role requires selling to large Swiss companies, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and completing the Swiss insurance certification (VBV) with company support. Hybrid work setup with remote work and Zurich office presence; compensation reflects senior-level responsibility and extensive experience in SaaS or similarly complex solutions. Fluent in French, German, and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales
- proven track record of closing large, complex deals (7-figure experience is a strong signal)
- experience prospecting independently
- comfortable working across partner-driven and direct sales motions
- Fluent in French, German, and English
