Job Summary

Account Executive, Government role supporting the growth and retention of local government accounts through direct sales and account management activities. Responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities and meeting monthly sales and renewal targets, establishing and maintaining customer relationships to drive account growth, conducting account reviews, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and demonstrating professional conduct in interactions with customers and colleagues. Requires High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of government account sales experience; travel is required; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Selling to Government (State and Local) accounts (Preferred)
  • 3+ Years Extensive customer service experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ Years of Business markets sales experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ Years Wireless industry sales experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ Years Telesales or technical sales experience (Preferred)
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Required)
