Job Summary
Account Executives are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. Identify viable leads and acquire new business for the Commercial and Industrial lines, focusing on opportunities with revenue bands of $200-$2000 per month. Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and add-on offerings; establish long-term client relationships; execute service agreements; and drive growth to meet or exceed quotas. Proficient use of Salesforce.com for scheduling and managing the sales pipeline, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage internal and external customers. Working conditions include both professional office environments and field activities, with the expectation to perform site visits as required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, advertising, marketing or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
- 2+ years of solid waste industry experience
