Job Summary

Account Executive responsible for closing new business and expanding Bonterra’s nonprofit fundraising client base across North America, primarily through consultative sales of OneCause solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, conduct discovery meetings to identify fundraising challenges, deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client goals, generate opportunities through referrals and self-prospecting, and track pipeline using Salesforce. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing fundraising insights to drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting
  • Ability to document and forecast pipeline accurately using a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with fundraising practices in nonprofit organizations
  • Proficiency using productivity tools and sales technologies to manage time and workload effectively
