Job Summary
Account Executive to drive revenue growth for Commerce7 within the Fullsteam group, based in the U.S. or Canada with remote work (Remote - US), responsible for consultative selling, managing a dynamic pipeline of inbound, outbound, and BDR-sourced opportunities, delivering product demonstrations and guiding prospects toward DTC goals, collaborating with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS sales environment with consistent goal achievement
- 2–4 years of proven success exceeding KPIs
- Experience selling SaaS products in web technologies or innovative online product environments
- Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and executives
- Strong goal orientation and focus
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- CRM hygiene and pipeline management
- Cold calling and proactive prospecting skills
- Ability to educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- Ability to articulate product value and solve customer pain points
