Job Summary
Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely, solve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, and monitor backlog invoices to drive down numbers. Review reports and vendor reconciliation for overdue items, then develop action plans to help the team achieve KPIs for timely processing and payment. This full-time role requires ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualifications, five years of finance managerial experience, and fluency in Mandarin. Candidates must hold a driving license and own transport, working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years working experience in finance managerial position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Driving license
- Own transport
- Full-Time position
- Able to work under pressure
