Job Summary

Account Executive (Full Cycle) in Vienna, responsible for end-to-end B2B SaaS sales within the EcoVadis ecosystem. Owns active new business development via phone and outbound, guides Discovery with stakeholders, delivers product demos and translates technical features into business value, manages Proof-of-Value pilots, negotiates offers (incl. Legal/Procurement), and ensures handover to Customer Success with rigorous CRM updates. Requires 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, strong outbound drive, consultative/value-based selling, CRM proficiency (HubSpot), and fluency in German and English. Hybrid + in-person work arrangement in Vienna with a base salary around 50k EUR plus bonus, targeting growth and autonomy in a small, ambitious team with opportunities in sustainability and global EcoVadis deployments.
