Account Executive, FTVS

Account Executive role focused on growing revenue across Cast & Crew’s Film, Television & Streaming ecosystem. You will own an individual revenue target, win new production relationships, expand existing studio and production company relationships, and pair consultative selling with pipeline discipline to connect clients’ production/operational challenges to Cast & Crew’s payroll, accounting, and technology solutions. You’ll engage early in productions to qualify opportunities, manage a forecast-ready pipeline across production stages, and represent Cast & Crew at industry events to build trusted relationships with production accountants, line producers, finance leaders, and studio executives. The position supports remote or hybrid work within the United States and requires proactive collaboration with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth client experience from sale through production close. You’ll bring 3–6 years of quota-carrying sales or strategic account experience in entertainment or related industries, proven revenue attainment, and strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
