Job Summary
Acquire Key Accounts: identify, prospect, and close Fleek's largest marketplace customers, vintage enterprises, retail stores, and high-volume resellers. Build Relationships: visit stores, get on calls, and build deep relationships with buyers; Understand needs and buying behavior. Define the Playbook: help shape how Fleek acquires large customers and build the sales process. Build an AI-enabled sales engine: collaborate with our tech team to develop AI-enabled outreach and new business workflows. Drive Revenue: own and exceed targets across online and offline channels. Collaborate Across Teams: work with product, operations, and marketing to feed customer insights back into the business. WE WORK: in-office London HQ, 4–5 days/week; Stage: Hyper-growth; Team: 100+ across London, India, and Pakistan; Culture: high ownership, fast-moving, founder-led with strong opinions loosely held.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial role at an early-stage startup
- Experience selling to SMBs, retailers, or marketplace participants
- Familiarity with online and offline sales and outreach channels
- Experience or appetite to build AI-enabled sales workflows alongside a tech team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Growth mindset
- Collaborative across teams and time zones (teams in 5+ countries)
- Location: London HQ (in-office) with 4–5 days/week in-office expectation
