Job Summary
Account Executive / Marketing Liaison for Adaptive Home Health in Houston, responsible for managing and growing relationships with referral sources (hospital case managers, medical assistants, doctors, etc.), ensuring smooth hospital-to-home transitions, and driving patient-care satisfaction. Key duties include acting as a liaison between the agency and the community, maintaining and expanding referral networks, visiting patients prior to discharge to set expectations, and keeping detailed records of marketing activities and initiatives. The role supports a mixed remote/in-person work environment and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with territory coverage for Med Center/Downtown Houston.
Required Qualifications
