Job Summary

Execute a disciplined prospecting strategy using cold outreach, appointments, and field engagement to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within defined territories. Own and grow customer accounts by developing high-trust relationships, conducting regular reviews to identify expansion opportunities, and acting as the primary commercial point of contact. Align cross-functionally with Operations to resolve service issues, translate customer feedback into actionable insights, and coordinate internally on pricing and account strategy. Develop account pricing aligned with company strategy, prepare requests for internal approval, and support collections efforts to ensure revenue realization. Produce weekly sales reports and account profiles with clear insights, track pipeline progress, and maintain accurate documentation of sensitive commercial data.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present to customers and leadership
  • Experience interpreting pricing agreements, financial reports, and contractual documents
  • High level of business acumen and numerical proficiency
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel for field-based sales activity
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential business information responsibly
  • Ability to operate independently in the field
  • Ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ability to translate customer needs into commercially sound solutions
  • Ability to conduct regular account reviews
  • Ability to act as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, terminals, and corporate stakeholders
