Job Summary
Manage your own book of business from cold calling to closing, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve targets. Build active relationships with potential clients to understand reservation needs and provide creative solutions using FareHarbor's reservation software. Utilize the CRM to document interactions and gather market intelligence to inform marketing, product development, and strategy teams. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities while monitoring performance to maximize productivity. Fully own the sales cycle from lead qualification through implementation for clients ranging from walking tours to shark diving experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven strong work ethic, putting in the work with calls/outreach and going the extra mile to build a solution that suits a client and get the close
- Proactive, motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and comfortable with a fast pace
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person; Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Cool under pressure with the ability to balance / execute multiple priorities
- Professionalism in all business interactions across all communication channels
- A growth mindset: comfortable adopting/utilizing new technology and the ability to implement new learnings into the day-to-day
- Ideally suited for individuals who are motivated by financial success and rewards
- Willingness to travel for industry events & conferences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete pre-employment screening
