Job Summary
Relationship Manager, Small Business at Fin builds and grows the existing customer base in a hybrid Sydney-based environment. You will cultivate relationships with Fin’s small business customers, identify and execute expansion opportunities, develop strategic territory plans for upsell/cross-sell, forecast and track key metrics, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and mentor teammates. The role emphasizes maintaining deep client relationships across complex organizations, delivering customer outcomes through Fin’s SaaS platform, and contributing to product feedback to drive innovation. Candidates should demonstrate a proven SaaS sales track record, experience managing large accounts, procurement experience, strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and leadership capabilities to support a fast-moving, collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years managing a large book of business; 150 accounts (retention, renewals, & account growth)
- 1+ years selling SaaS products
- Experience managing procurement processes
- Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization
- Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
- Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across levels in complex organizations
- Demonstrable history of leadership, with both immediate and cross-functional teammates
