Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Everbridge, you will be responsible for selling the Everbridge Critical Event Managed Platform into new enterprise customers. Your role will involve developing a thorough understanding of target buyers and industry knowledge, prospecting new opportunities, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will utilize a consultative solution selling approach to close sales exceeding $100,000 in annual value, partner with Marketing and Business Development on campaigns, and manage business forecasts using SF.com. The position requires a proven track record in software sales, specifically in enterprise-level accounts, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software sales, primarily selling into enterprise level commercial accounts.
- Experience selling a complex SaaS solution into enterprise customers.
- Product or solution experience selling into Software, IT Ops, SW Development, Communications, Compliance, Security, IT Recruiting, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, HR, Facilities Management, Hardware or IT Services buyers.
- Experience conducting product demos
- Strong hunting, prospecting, and cold calling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills including PowerPoint.
- Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be fluent in English.
