Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for managing sales activities within existing and new enterprise companies focused on Commercial Print, Publication, Mailing, and Super Wide Format. Key responsibilities include driving cross-selling activities, executing sales strategies, maintaining industry knowledge, providing territory reporting, achieving revenue targets, managing development of prospects, and maintaining relationships with key partners. The role requires proven success in high-level sales, solid interpersonal skills, experience in the enterprise software industry, and the ability to manage accounts effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the enterprise software or print industry)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team sales quotas/goals
  • Experience turning cold calls into revenue-generating accounts
  • Ability to handle complex technical sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience selling software
  • High technical understanding of software systems
  • Proven success in sales to the C suite in medium and large global companies
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage accounts at a high level
  • Experience in complete sales cycle management

  • Fluency in additional languages (Polish & Czech preferred)
