Job Summary
The Account Executive (Enterprise) at Josys is responsible for driving sales growth in the Japanese enterprise market by developing and executing sales strategies, with the mission to achieve rapid revenue growth and establish valuable client relationships. This role entails proactive new customer development, establishing account plans, and generating sales from assigned customer segments. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, outstanding relationship management skills, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or software business
- Exceptional ability in relationship building with proven success in territory expansion
- Experience in solution/value selling
- Ability to consistently meet quotas with replicable exceptional sales results
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years consecutive success in achieving over 100% of sales targets
- Experience driving high growth in enterprise customer portfolio
- Ability to navigate client organizations and build relationships with multiple departments and leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration and influencing both internally and externally
- Ability to guide clients in improving their business operations and provide added value
- Data-driven statistical approach with research capabilities for account planning
