Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive in North Carolina responsible for driving revenue growth and customer expansion within large enterprise accounts. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and regional channel partners; manage end-to-end renewals; collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and executives to ensure account health and retention; conduct in-person executive business reviews to identify growth opportunities; initiate proactive renewal conversations 4-6 months before expirations; translate customer needs into internal resource plans and formal account success plans; maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce; bring 5+ years in cybersecurity with a proven ability to close business in large enterprises, and 3+ years of channel-driven sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years in cybersecurity industry
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations (1,500+ employees)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving regional revenue growth
- Three or more years selling through a regional channel ecosystem
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of net new sales and customer renewal frameworks
- Excellent organization and project management for multi-account workload
