Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive focusing on driving new revenue within top-tier enterprise accounts in financial institutions and contact centers. Build and articulate ROI-driven solutions for a sophisticated product in the AI-powered customer service space, leveraging MEDDIC or Command of the Message frameworks, and guiding multi-stakeholder negotiations to close large contracts. Collaborate with the BDR team to nurture leads, demonstrate the value of our platform, and accelerate digital transformation for financial institutions. Based in Minnesota and part of a fast-growth SaaS sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years of SaaS experience
- 3+ years selling into Financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience software
- 3+ years of complex sales experience
- Located in Minnesota
- A track record of consistently exceeding performance expectations
- Outstanding communication proficiency in phone, email, and other channels
- Ability to Navigate complex and intricate sales processes
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or Command of the Message
