Job Summary
Own the full enterprise sales cycle in the Paris-based territory from prospecting to signature. Build 50%+ self-generated pipeline with a 200% quota bar and execute multi-solution deals while engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders. Negotiate with customers and represent osapiens at industry events; collaborate across BD, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing and co-sell with partners to accelerate cycles. Maintain strict CRM hygiene, qualify hard, and document deal dynamics and risks. Demonstrate credibility at the C-suite level and thrive in fast-moving environments, with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, Climate Intelligence, Supply Chain Transparency, and Asset Operations. Required experience includes 3+ years in enterprise SaaS with a track record of overachievement and familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies. The role emphasizes ownership, high accountability, and building top-of-funnel activity, with hybrid work options in Paris and an emphasis on performance and impact.
