Job Summary

Account Executive, Existing Business responsible for managing existing Stripe customers, leading full sales cycles from business case development through deal closing, and driving expansion through cross-sell and renewals. Build and execute account plans, develop relationships with executive stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, services) to address technical and business needs, negotiate complex commercial terms, and contribute to process improvements to scale Stripe's sales culture. In-office locations include San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and New York.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements: 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product, with a track record of top performance
  • 5+ years leading complex sales cycles with Enterprise organizations
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space
