Job Summary
Account Executive (Expansion) at Snowflake focused on identifying growth opportunities and strengthening strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the Energy & Utilities sector. Responsibilities include prospect qualification, development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams; arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings; sales process management and opportunity closure; and ongoing account management to drive customer satisfaction and additional revenue. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of field sales experience (with energy/utilities focus), 3+ years in generating new business within Enterprise accounts, a proven track record of quota achievement, and strong communication and relationship-management skills. BA/BS required; MEDDPICC experience and cloud/software sales to Enterprise are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 5+ years of field sales experience
- 3+ years focused on generating new business within Energy & Utilities Enterprise accounts
- Experience managing a complex sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience implementing MEDDPICC (bonus points)
