Account Executive, Endoscopic (KY, S. Indiana, Cincinnati Territory)

Job Summary
Drive sales revenue and market share within the KY, Southern Indiana, and Cincinnati territory by pursuing new business, implementing strategic plans, and achieving a 10% annual increase. Direct clinical demonstrations for qualified target accounts, coordinate pre-demo processes with Clinical Sales Specialists, and nurture existing relationships through routine calls, product demos, and in-service training. Develop networks with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administration while acting as a primary resource for customer equipment training and field educational materials. Support VIP customers as directed and collaborate with the Product Development team on clinical evaluations of new prototypes. Provide weekly and monthly reports and sales forecasts to leadership, maintain customer data for database integration, and attend trade shows as requested. Adhere to FDA regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and vendor credentialing protocols. Travel 75% of the time, including up to 50% overnight, to perform duties across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales experience
- Ability to work well independently and take charge of situations
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow for development of solid customer relationships
- Ability to operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in use of MS Outlook and other email applications
- Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to write reports and relay information accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize customer requirements
- Ability to speak in front of small groups of people
- Ability to speak professionally and relay technical information accurately and concisely
- Ability to understand basic mathematical requirements for discount calculation
- Ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
- Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
- Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
- Ability to lift and carry large size equipment up to 25-50 pounds up to 20% of applicable work time and as needed
- Ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
- Ability to travel 75% of time
- Ability for overnight travel up to 50%
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates if issued by federal, state, or local government
- Willingness to test for the COVID-19 virus periodically
- Willingness to wear a face covering indoors as required
