Job Summary
Account Executive in the UK/EMEA region responsible for building pipeline and closing strategic deals across the UK and Ireland, shaping in-market positioning, ICP, and messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (EMEA marketing, RevOps, enablement, and a US-based deal desk). You will own full-cycle sales from discovery through negotiation, engage senior stakeholders, and influence GTM strategy in a high-growth, early-stage environment. Leverage outbound prospecting, events, partnerships, and your local network to generate high-quality opportunities, run compelling demos, tailor business cases, and drive multi-stakeholder deals to closure. Deep understanding of European buying dynamics, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles are essential. Background in HR tech or payroll is a plus; experience expanding US-based SaaS into EMEA is valued.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS B2B environment
- Proven prospecting skills with outbound, events, and creative account engagement strategies
- Ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling into European markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard sales technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments
