Job Summary
Senior Account Executive in Wholesale Sales responsible for building and maintaining broker relationships, driving loan production, monitoring and optimizing loan pipelines, coordinating with operations and underwriting to ensure smooth loan submission and delivery, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role emphasizes prospecting new business opportunities, delivering exceptional client experiences, staying current with regulatory standards, mentoring teammates as needed, and leveraging product knowledge to promote eLEND’s mortgage solutions. This is a fully remote position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in mortgage sales or wholesale lending
- Strong understanding of loan products, market trends, and broker relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
