Job Summary
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for outbound opportunities in ecommerce, marketplaces, and high-volume sellers, focusing on warehousing, fulfilment, and shipping software for the US market. Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM; run discovery calls to understand customer shipping and logistics needs; present Easyship’s software and services with a strong US focus; manage pipeline through to close; coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success for smooth handover and onboarding; maintain accurate records in HubSpot; collaborate with marketing and partnerships to support campaigns; stay informed on trends in global logistics and ecommerce fulfilment; 2+ years of closing SaaS/logistics/e-commerce experience; comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Gong, and Outreach; highly organized and comfortable working across global time zones.
