Job Summary
Execute public relations strategies to achieve client goals while managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple accounts. Curate media databases, discover editorial leads, and compose pitches for earned placements across major national publications. Oversee client recognition programs and craft briefing materials for brand spokespeople. Integrate AI tools like Claude to enhance drafting, reporting, and research workflows. Support the conceptualization and launch of virtual or in-person press events. Manage budgets, monitor competitor visibility daily, and facilitate collaboration across teams using Monday or Asana. Based in the NYC/New Jersey Tri State Area with 2+ years of PR agency experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Real curiosity about new technology and AI
- Based in the NYC/New Jersey Tri State Area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry
- Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple accounts at once
- Comfortable using AI tools day to day
- A real willingness to try new technologies and adopt new tools quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends
