Job Summary
Account Executive for independent hotels in Belgium (Brugge/Bruges, hybrid). Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a quota and self-generated pipeline. Sell Lighthouse’s AI-driven hospitality tools (Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, Booking Engine) to independent hotels, helping them automate pricing and reservations to drive up to 21% more revenue. Leverage AI-enabled enablement, pre-sales, and coaching agents to optimize discovery and deal closure. Build trusted relationships with hotel owners and GMs, run disciplined MEDDPICC-based qualification, and exceed targets through new business and expansion opportunities. Remote-hybrid flexibility, work from the Bruges office, and collaborate with a global Revenue team delivering value to 85,000+ users worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in a closing sales role
- SaaS experience required
- English and Dutch language proficiency
- ability to build and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- quota-bearing hunter mentality
- familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework a plus
