Job Summary
Account Executive, Distributor Sales responsible for upgrading existing clients to higher-tier plans and expanded product offerings, promoting ASI's products and services to prospective and current members. Drives growth through discovery calls, product demonstrations, and outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social media). Collaborates with distributor sales team and reports to the Executive Director, Distributor Sales. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; 2+ years of B2B sales experience; proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft applications. Hybrid work model with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation total range $95,000–$105,000 with base $60,000–$70,000.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft programs
- Strong communications and negotiation skills
