Job Summary
Account Executive Director – Workforce to lead full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales for Socure's Workforce identity and fraud solutions in a greenfield territory. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, developing expansion strategies to deepen product adoption, building and maintaining a robust pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, engaging with C-level stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing, delivering accurate pipeline forecasts, representing Socure at industry events, and driving market feedback to inform GTM strategies. Requirements include 7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with success in identity verification or fraud/risk solutions, experience in workforce management or HRIS/ATS verticals, strong consultative and value-based selling skills, comfort selling to executives, and a degree in business (Bachelor’s or Master’s) preferred. The role emphasizes hybrid work in multiple US cities (SF, NY, Seattle, Miami, DC) with in-person engagement as needed, and a focus on strategic growth, complex deals, and collaboration across functions.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
- Experience selling to workforce management, HRIS clients, Applicant Tracking Systems, fraud, identity verification, or similar verticals
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on customer outcomes and value-based positioning
- Background selling highly technical fraud, risk, identity, big data, analytics, or security solutions
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments with ability to navigate ambiguity and scalable processes
- Ability to drive value-based conversations and craft tailored solutions for C-level stakeholders
- Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related discipline preferred
