Job Summary
Account Executive to guide clients through debt-relief enrollment via consultative sales with 40–50 warm leads daily (inbound and outbound). Educate clients on debt relief options, ensure accurate documentation and compliance, and enroll clients into DebtBlue’s programs. Role emphasizes coaching, ongoing development, and achievement of KPIs with company-paid certification within 90 days. Requires clear communication, empathy, integrity, and the ability to build trust quickly; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles
- Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
