Job Summary

Account Executive responsible for managing OEM relationships and growing business in Southern California and Arizona. Develop and execute territory strategies, own and manage customer relationships, grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver consultative solutions, communicate market trends and KPIs, ensure pricing/forecasting/terms compliance, and coordinate internal resources to support territory goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 5+ years of professional sales experience (manufacturing sales preferred), 2+ years in manufacturing sales, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%. Location focus: Los Angeles area in California; travel within territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; strong background in sales of engineered products strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing sales experience
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of industrial sales techniques and a willingness to continuously learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
