Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for managing and expanding OEM customer relationships in Southern California and Arizona, driving consultative sales with internal engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Develop and execute territory strategies, own customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver consultative solutions, communicate market trends and KPIs, ensure pricing/forecasting/terms compliance, and coordinate internal resources to achieve territory goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience
- At least 2 years of manufacturing sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office
