Job Summary
Account Executive at an equipment financing client in Dallas, responsible for prospecting daily for new clients, maintaining a structured calling program, and managing the end-to-end financing process from initial contact to funding. Duties include identifying competition and new markets, targeting CFOs of mid- to large-cap companies, structuring equipment transactions ranging from $50k to $500k, managing relationships and Salesforce pipeline, collaborating with marketing on database initiatives, qualifying equipment lease and finance transactions, pricing with the Loan Pricing Model, assisting in underwriting and funding, and traveling as needed to visit accounts. Requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Salesforce skills, and a proactive, high-energy approach to meeting or exceeding financial sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High energy with a strong desire to succeed in adverse situations
