Job Summary
Account Executive for DACH region responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in Spain, with a quota and own pipeline. Leverages AI-enabled tools and a modern revenue stack to build relationships, conduct discovery, and close deals using MEDDPICC and evidence-based qualification. Must source meaningful pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and drive net-new revenue. Collaborates with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to optimize the sales process, partners with Product for feedback, and represents Lighthouse at industry events. Requires 2–5 years in closing SaaS sales, strong business acumen to sell on value, strong English and native German, and willingness to work remotely from Spain with flexible working options.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years in a closing sales role
- SaaS experience is a must
- Exceptional command of English; native German
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
