Job Summary

Account Executive for DACH region, operating remotely in Spain. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a quota, building your own pipeline, and accountability for outcomes. Employ MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and advance opportunities, leveraging AI-enabled pre-sales, enablement, and coaching agents to improve efficiency. Focus on outbound pipeline generation through ICP targeting, Lighthouse events, and conferences; maintain 3x pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy. Role requires 2–5 years in closing SaaS sales, fluency in English and native German, and the ability to sell on value to GMs and C-suite stakeholders. The position is full-time, remote in Spain, with a global revenue team and continuous collaboration across SDRs, product specialists, and regional leaders. Responsibilities include territorial planning, managing net-new pipeline, advancing deals through stage gates with evidence, and representing Lighthouse at industry events. Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in a closing sales role
  • SaaS experience is a must
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven
  • Excellent command of English and native German
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks a plus
  • Strong business acumen with ability to sell on value, not price
  • Willingness to prospect and maintain pipeline
