Account Executive DACH

Job Summary
Account Executive DACH responsible for driving new business across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with a focus on mid-market and enterprise customers. Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature; build and progress a robust sales pipeline; lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT and business stakeholders; conduct product demonstrations and value-based presentations; negotiate commercial/contractual terms with internal stakeholders. Develop and execute territory strategies, grow relationships within strategic target accounts, and represent DuoKey at regional cybersecurity events. Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver workshops, demos and proofs-of-concept; coordinate with SDRs for outbound initiatives and meeting generation; provide market/customer feedback to product and engineering teams; contribute to sales process improvements and playbooks; share competitive/market insights to support go-to-market strategy. Must engage confidently with C-level, security and procurement stakeholders; comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences; willing to travel within the DACH region. Languages required: German (native or near-native) and English (fluent); Swiss German or French a plus. Mindset: hunter mentality, clear communicator, strong negotiator, autonomous yet team-oriented in an international environment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure or complex software)
- Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Solid understanding of the DACH market and enterprise buying dynamics
- Experience selling security, trust or compliance-related solutions
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance, pharma)
- Languages: German native or near-native; English fluent
