Job Summary
Own the full-cycle enterprise sales motion for Proof's Creditors' Rights division, targeting high-volume debt buyers and law firms with a strategic outbound approach. Lead consultative discovery with senior decision-makers to surface workflow bottlenecks, navigate multi-stakeholder deals across operations and compliance, and deliver tailored demos connecting the platform to specific state footprints. Manage a clean 12-18 month pipeline in HubSpot, execute commercial negotiations for multi-year agreements, and partner with Account Management on customer kickoffs and quarterly business reviews. Represent Proof at industry events and host executive dinners to deepen relationships with target accounts. Requires 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, 20-25% travel, and $200,000-$250,000 OTE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- at least 3 years selling into creditors' rights, legal services, financial services, or a regulated industry with complex compliance requirements
- Demonstrated track record of landing and expanding enterprise accounts
- deals above $200K annually
- 6+ month cycles

- Familiarity with the creditors' rights and consumer collections ecosystem
- Understanding of the legal process serving workflow including service of process, affidavit of service, substituted service rules, e-filing, judgment motions
- demonstrated ability to learn the legal process serving workflow fast and speak fluently about it within 90 days
- Executive presence and consultative selling skills
- ability to hold a meaningful conversation with a Managing Partner or VP of Operations about their actual operational pain
- Strong pipeline discipline
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences and client visits
- Estimated 20-25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to creditors' rights law firms, debt buyers, or the ARM industry directly
- Existing relationships at high-volume creditors' rights law firms
- Relationships at major debt buyers
- Experience with legal technology, process serving platforms, e-filing systems, or case management software
- Familiarity with state-by-state service of process requirements across your target markets
- Active presence in national or state creditors' rights industry and bar associations
