Job Summary
Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach while identifying opportunities in multifamily housing, corporate, and relocation sectors. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and corporate clients to drive revenue growth and secure referrals. Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to educate clients on services and close sales, while managing assigned territories and aligning with district goals. Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce. Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure client satisfaction. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and analyze market trends to inform sales strategy. This full-time outside sales role includes driving up to five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Outside sales experience
- Strong CRM experience, specifically Salesforce
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Solid time management and self-organizational ability
- Self-motivated
- Multi-Family Experience-onsite property experience or experience with the rental lifecycle
- Familiarity with property management technology such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage
- Flexibility and willingness to attend occasional after-hours events
- Full-time employment
- Outside sales position
- Driving up to 5 days/week
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- Background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities
