Job Summary
Account Executive in the Medium Business team responsible for retention and growth of an assigned customer base, driving service renewals and identifying upsell opportunities across VoIP, Mobile and Managed Services. Qualifies and manages incoming leads, maintains pipeline accuracy, develops customer-specific proposals and contact plans, builds strong customer relationships, and provides accurate sales forecasts. Requires 3+ years in Sales/Customer Service with telco/tech experience and strong communication, self-management, and collaboration skills. Hybrid work arrangement with early-morning Sri Lanka time and alignment to Australian business hours; base salary plus uncapped commission, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities.
