Job Summary
Account Executive to drive new business development in Core Commercial electronic security solutions; manage a defined territory using CRM, with cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation; develop and implement service/account outsourcing strategies; identify and pursue new business opportunities; prepare and present tailored proposals; collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom solutions for complex client needs; participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brand presence; conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week; drive revenue growth through solution-based selling to expand existing accounts and secure new logo clients; base salary plus commission with auto allowance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach
- Minimum 2 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets
- Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Travel is required across assigned geographic areas
- Background in electronic security sales strongly preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
