Job Summary
Assist senior brokers with the effective management and day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of construction-risk clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance broking needs are identified and met. Prepare client documentation such as renewal questionnaires and reports, quote slips, placing slips, client manuals and invoice documents, including premium funding quotes. Provide support to senior brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance, risk management and programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders, professionally representing Willis. Maintain comprehensive client data on Willis systems, facilities, and databases. Liaise with Willis Claims to respond to client claims enquiries and with insurance assessors as required. Manage workflow and diary systems, contribute to team annual growth and new business targets, ensure debt collections are managed in accordance with terms of trade, and achieve/compliance with relevant Australian regulations. Undertake Continuous Professional Development ensuring minimum yearly CPD points are achieved.
