Job Summary

Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction industry stakeholders. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution. Partner closely with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs. Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and expansion. Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key customer meetings. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue objectives. Based in Irvine, CA, join a team delivering field-ready AI systems tested on hardware and real deployments in the construction sector.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience selling into construction organizations, including General Contractors, Owners, Developers, or similar stakeholders
  • Track record of closing large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, project stakeholders, and operational challenges
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work closely with customers onsite
