Job Summary
Associate Account Executive role in Compass CORE focusing on building revenue for BPO services (Customer Support, HR/Employee Support, IT Help Desk). You will prospect and qualify new leads, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, and maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) to support forecasting. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales/BD/lead generation (B2B services, SaaS, or BPO preferred), HubSpot proficiency, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, perform cold outreach, and convert knowledge into practical, high-quality work is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- HubSpot CRM experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
