Job Summary
Account Executive Commercial Sales (SMB/Growth) owns the full sales cycle from discovery through close across growth-stage and SMB accounts in Raleigh, focusing on net-new opportunities, renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, value-based discovery, executive-level relationship building, account planning, pricing proposals, contract management, and collaboration with Legal and Finance to ensure clean deal execution. Requires experience in B2B SaaS net-new sales (2+ years), ability to Demo technical products, strong negotiation skills, Salesforce/CRM proficiency, and a track record of hitting goals. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a mindset open to AI-enabled workflows.
