Job Summary
Account Executive for Marsh Commercial Property & Casualty in Canada. Partners with producers to support new business development and manage a growing book of commercial P&C accounts. Delivers white-glove onboarding for new clients with proactive communication, detailed implementation planning, and personalized support through onboarding. Manages day-to-day account activities including renewals, policy administration, and client communications; analyzes loss experience, cash flow, and financial data to tailor insurance solutions. Collaborates with underwriting, claims, and risk consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive risk management. Identifies cross-selling and upselling opportunities; prepares competitive proposals aligned with client needs; maintains accurate client data in CRM; monitors market trends and regulatory changes within Ontario; adheres to hybrid work arrangement with required in-office presence per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or risk management, preferably within the Ontario market
- Active Ontario Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
