Job Summary
Account Executive role in construction-technology SaaS sales. Manage full sales cycle for small accounts from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and renewals; collaborate with marketing, solution specialists, and renewal teams; build relationships to maximize value of SaaS and mobile solutions; transition larger accounts to Area Sales Manager when appropriate. Key activities include prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, closing deals, onboarding, early-stage customer success, renewals, pipeline management in CRM, and identifying expansion opportunities. Must generate new business while growing existing accounts, conduct introductory product demos, and maintain ongoing conversations to uncover client needs and deliver value. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, communication, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; requires 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ability to own both sales and customer success, and comfort managing multiple accounts.
