Job Summary
Senior-level Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning and growing a defined enterprise territory, driving net-new logo acquisition and account expansion, and managing a robust pipeline through complex, value-based sales cycles. Build compelling business cases connecting Cohesity’s AI-powered data security platform to customer outcomes across security, resilience, compliance, and cost optimization; engage with C-level and VP-level decision makers; collaborate with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders; forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce; leverage AI tools to increase productivity and deal quality. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in hybrid office presence (2-3 days in core offices per week). Must have experience in enterprise security, data protection solutions, and a track record of negotiating and closing high-value contracts; 10+ years of sales experience in BFSI/Infrastructure/CISO segments and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years sales experience in enterprise technology / infrastructure / CISO domain
- Ability to travel within territory
- Experience selling to executive-level buyers (C-level, VP-level) and managing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Proven track record in quota-carrying enterprise sales and closing large deals
